Ok so I have a really embarring teen problem..?

As silly as this question may sound, it's not a troll question. Anyway. I'm 17 years old and I was just re-diagnosed with cancer. I had a different kind of cancer a few years back and got radiation/chemotherapy, etc. It returned as leukemia but I haven't started treatment yet, but I don't really want to go into that. Anyway. Within the past week (or so?), it's almost like my body doesn't tell me when I have to pee. Now here's the embarring part! I will suddenly get a really bad urge to pee, and I'll just do it. No matter where I am. Today I peed my pants at the grocery store, and I'm 17 years old. I have no warning, it just happens. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I have only one kidney, or the fact that I have cancer. Do I need to call my doctor? Or should I just wait till I start treatment? I REALLY would like to stop peeing myself in public, lol. This has never happened to me before. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
