Is there any other way 2 find your order from a place other than e-mail or phone call i've tried both?

i ordered some stuff from personalized4kidz & only got part of my order i tried e-mailing them at least twice then i called them twice & have received no response any other ways to get a hold of them? these were suppose to be gifts for the grandkids. thanks for any suggestions
