NCAA 09 in Xbox 360...?

Ok, I was playing NCAA 09, when i tried to play "Play Now," it didn't load. The music and the pictures were still going, but it wouldn't load. Then the 360 screen popped up and said "Disc is unreadable...etc" I then took out the disc, and noticed a perfect circle on the disc. I tried it multiple times, i even triewhitish legend, but it still gave the same info. It wasn't there when i got it, and I'm sure of that. I hadn't taken it out. Is it my 360?since
