it all depends on what type of games he likes theres all the sports game like madden and fifa and all those and then sum RPG ones are no doubt untold legends couple of final fantasys are out for it then the racing games need for speed also the psp has internet capabilities for free so he can go online and if he goes to the main screen all the way to the right on the internet side you can go to a rss channel and thats a page where you can download game demos and videos for free onto your psp so you can try some games before you buy ^^
