Puerto Rican are descent European?

Both my parent both in Puerto Rico. My father is Europena descent Romaina,Italy or France. My mother is 100 Spaniard descent from father and mother. Therefore, I am descentant Italy, French and Spaniard. My father, grandfather and greatgreat father has a European surname. which ends with iano, ini, or begins with mauro, surname late luciano, casini, casiano, casinano, justinano, and I could go on....I can be french, italiano, or romainina, spaniard blood.....Before 1492, any European settled in the island of Puerto Rico where they got involve with native Tiano, That is why we an olive color skin.....
