Eye exam question- treated very nasty?

i had an eye exam back in march at eye masters, and i got fitted for contacts and since then i wore them every day the first week, then one of them ripped and i didn't wear my contacts on the day of my follow up exam, so the woman behind the counter freaked out on me, and was really nasty to me, saying that the contacts need to be in my eyes when i have the exam and i explained that i ripped on of them when i took it out, i think my nail might have done it, and i told her that that was the first day that i had worn my gles since i had gotten the contacts. and she snapped and told me that it should have in my other eye and i should have worn my gles over it.but she gave me another contact and was really pissy about getting me the new one. then she told me to come back in half an hour, i had an appointment at 3:30 that day but i had STNA(state tested nursing istant) testing at school that day and they were running behind, i was scheduled to test at 11:30 that morning, but didn't test until 2:30. but i called to let them know that i would be late, and the woman on the phone(same one i think) was really mad that i said that i was going to be a little late, i ended up getting there at like 3:45, so she tells me to come back in half an hour so i come back in half an hour and she gets pissy with me again and tells me that i should have been there 10 min, ago, and that it would be about a 10 minute wait. and when i got in to see the doctor (real doctor?) she was kinda nasty too, i told her that i feel that i see sharper out of my gles then i do my contacts, and she was rushing out of the room as i said that, and then she flipped through my chart and she snaps at me and says "well you have astigmatism, and that's just the way that will be." i just feel so dissatisfied with this whole thing i've told my mom what happened, and she isn't happy either. what to do about this and is that true about having astigmastim and seeing sharper out of gles than contacts? no nasty answers please!
