Fantasy Baseball Trade?

If i had to choose one I would choose the second option but really i don't either is worth it. Santana, Carpenter, Halladay and Peavy I would say are the only pitchers that are top tier fantasy players and i don't think should be traded unless you get an overwhelmingly good offer.
