Who was to blame for world war 1?

I need to do a paper on who was to blame for ww1. I need to say why Germany, Austro-Hungary, Russia, Serbia, and England were all to blame for the war. I have a lot of info on Germany and Austro-Hungary, but i need a lot more information on Serbia, Russia and England!!! Please help!!
