What is the point of "" in the term " and "?

is defined "as any act of ual that is forced upon a person." Whereas is defined as "ual between persons so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry." Both of these definitions are according to Merriam-Webster. I do not understand why "" is added to the law when determining whether abortion is legal or not. If was forced in anyway then it is . It does not matter who the act of was coming from, even if it was a relative. For instance, a five-year old girl being molested by her Dad is . is just another term to describe this act. On the other hand, legal aged siblings that have had consensually and conceive a baby still have been uous, but neither of them have been d. So, shouldn't this incestuous relationship be held accountable for the same actions that a ually active couple, of the same age, would have to deal with? Personally, I feel like they should be, so why wouldn't the term " and incest" just be limited to "rape"?
