Is this a a youtube scam, fraud or joke?

On YOUTUBE i have been getting the SAME request by different users on this fim project, this is the request... Hi my name is ____ i am an aspiring to be a director one day as I am attending film school in LA. I am originally from Germany. Anyhow, one of my film projects I have now is to remake a movie (not entirely) but to add some of my own twists to it. If you look at my page I mentioned I have a profound interest in clic monster/sci-fi movies, so the movie I chose to remake is Attack of the 50ft Woman, 1953 (ever seen it???). So I am working on some ideas and thought I could explore youtube. Right now I am debating about the particular scene when Nancy Archer as a giant woman confronts her husband who cheated on her. Basically I think Nancy should destroy him, lololol!! SO I thought it would be cool to use the camera as his perspective looking up at the towering Nancy and watch her slowly step on him!! lolol. Anyhow I was wondering if you could find time and/or interest to possibly make a quick video of that scene!! Basically all you need is to have your camera flat on the ground facing up, then stand over the camera, make sure you are in good lighting, and raise your foot (she's barefoot in the movie) HIGH above the camera and SLOWLY bring your foot down until it touches the camera lens. What do you think? Let me know! Also I randomly found a video (link below or on my page) on youtube and uploaded it to my page while I was trying to see if a similar video was made and so this video is a good example to make it clearer for you.
