I have a question about President Obamas stimulus package.... I keep hearing two different sides. ?

I keep hearing about this expensive stimulus package that Prez Obama is trying to get approved. Now my question is. How will this benefit us?? Will we the people get a stimulus check like before? Or is this strictly for the businesses?? I have heard two different stories. I just would like to have some light shed on the subject.
