To represent in the Olympic, do we need other nations help?

The g**t paying them $750k for having Sliver n $1.5m for gold....lucky no gold.....or will waste another $1.5m. Does the g**t has ever consider our ppl 1st or insist they just pick from those whom win in the past contest..N not an words from G*** mention that they would select our own ppl...only using people tax to lure foreigner to represent our nations just for the sake of bringing the O medals.... how ur view?
